Eric K. Olson

President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

For over 30 years, Mr. Olson has been a serial founder and entrepreneur in a broad range of medical device, diagnostic, biologic and biomaterial companies. Most recently Mr. Olson was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Foresite Innovations, LLC, a private healthcare innovation and development holding company. He is accomplished in leading and motivating all levels of management in a variety of company sizes and industries both domestically and internationally. Mr. Olson previously served as CEO, President, and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Company while it was known as “Amedica Corporation.” Mr. Olson played a key role in the Company’s 2014 initial public offering and becoming listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market. Mr. Olson has served in senior executive roles of President, Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board Directors.

Ryan Bock, PhD

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Bock has more than 20 years of experience in advanced ceramic research and development. Since joining SINTX 2008, he has participated in and led process and material development efforts for SINTX’s silicon nitride and subsequent discoveries of silicon nitride’s antipathogenic and biologic properties. Prior to joining SINTX, Dr. Bock was a researcher at the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he developed novel slurry systems for use in colloidal processing of advanced ceramic materials.

Dr. Bock is a co-author of more than 20 peer-reviewed technical papers in subject areas of ceramic science and biomaterials science. He served as a symposium organizer for the Surface Properties of Biomaterials Symposium at the annual Materials Science & Technology technical meeting from 2016 through 2019.

Dr. Bock holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and a Ph.D. in Biomaterials from the Kyoto Institute of Technology.

Gregg R. Honigblum

Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Board

Mr. Honigblum has served as the Company’s Chief Investment Officer since April 2025. Previously Mr. Honigblum acted as our Chief Strategy Officer from November 2024 to April 2025. Honigblum began his professional career as a stockbroker on Wall Street before transitioning into investment banking at several boutique firms in New York City. He co-founded Creation Capital LLC and Creation Capital Advisors, investment banking firms based in New York and Austin, Texas, which focused on founding and funding innovative healthcare technologies. Mr. Honigblum, through Creation Capital provided over $100 million in private equity to Amedica (SINTX’s predecessor).
Honigblum also was instrumental in providing early-stage capital for Myriad Genetics, the first precision medicine diagnostic company credited with discovering the BRCA1 and BRCA2 breast cancer genes. He was also an early investor and financier for Acacia Biosciences, which merged with Rosetta Inpharmatics and was later acquired by Merck for $620 million.
Honigblum holds Series 7, 24, and 63 Securities licenses(inactive), and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Lisa Marie Del Re, MPE, ATC, NASM-PES

Chief Commercial Officer

Lisa Marie Del Re, a veteran executive, brings over fifteen years of experience in the medical device industry, leading commercialization, product strategy, and market expansion across multiple specialties. Throughout her career, she has championed upstream marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales leadership for both innovative startups and established medical technology companies.
As the founder and CEO of a successful medical device distributorship, Lisa Marie spent several years overseeing sales and marketing of orthopedic and general surgery products across a multistate-state region. Her expertise in navigating complex commercial landscapes, engaging surgeon key opinion leaders, and delivering results has made her a respected leader in the medical device field.
At SiNAPTIC Surgical, Lisa Marie co-led M&A efforts, directed go-to-market strategy, and built a cross-functional commercialization roadmap spanning several markets like foot and ankle, upper extremity, spine, biologics, and many others. She previously held senior roles at companies like Restor3d, Paragon 28 (now a Zimmer Biomet company), TriMed (now a Henry Schein company), and OsteoMed (now Acumed-OsteoMed), where she helped drive growth through surgeon-led innovation and scalable commercialization strategies.
Lisa Marie’s leadership style is defined by her collaborative approach and her commitment to delivering differentiated healthcare solutions that advance patient care. She is dedicated to aligning product innovation with strategic go-to-market execution—an approach she believes is critical to driving value and growth in the dynamic medical device landscape.
Lisa Marie holds multiple degrees and is also an active startup advisor, investor, and mentor in the healthcare space.

Managing Director of Business Development

With over 25 years of experience in medical device sales and market development, Hugh has a proven track record in driving growth and innovation within the orthopedic sector. Hugh founded and successfully operated a medical distribution company specializing in orthopedic products. His career highlights include enhancing the market for SiN spine implants, which ignited his passion for ceramics in the medical field. Adept at forging strong relationships and navigating complex sales landscapes, Hugh is dedicated to advancing medical technology and improving patient outcomes.

Brian Hockett

Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Quality Affairs

Brian is seasoned leader in the medical device industry with two decades of experience spanning regulatory affairs, quality systems, operations, and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory and Quality at SiNAPTIC Technologies, he oversees end-to-end functions including operations, production, R&D, clinical strategy, manufacturing, and FDA compliance. Brian has a proven track record of building quality management systems from the ground up, leading successful 510(k) submissions, and managing global regulatory compliance initiatives across EU MDR, FDA QSR, and ISO standards. He has a diverse background which includes critical leadership roles at OrthoSolutions, RQM+, Tornier (now Stryker), and Theken Spine (now SeaSpine), where he consistently drove innovation and compliance in orthopedic, cardiovascular, and diagnostic devices. Brian has supported dozens of companies, from startups to multinational manufacturers, through development, acquisitions, remediation, and post-market surveillance alignment. A certified Biomedical Auditor (CBA) and biomedical engineering graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Brian is also an inventor on multiple issued patents in orthopedic implant technologies. His strategic insight, operational rigor, and deep regulatory expertise have made him a trusted partner for medtech growth and compliance across Class I–III devices in both U.S. and international markets.

Kevin Trask

Corporate Controller

Mr. Trask joined the Company in May 2025. Prior to joining SINTX, Mr. Trask was the Corporate Controller at USANA Health Sciences, Inc., a global, publicly traded company. Mr. Trask previously served in roles of varying levels of management, leading and directing the accounting and finance functions at several publicly traded companies. Mr. Trask began his career in public accounting, providing assurance services to large and small private and public companies. Mr. Trask earned a B.S. in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University and is an actively licensed CPA.

Jay M. Moyes

Audit Commitee Chair

Mr Moyes was appointed to the board of directors in April 2025. Since April 2012, Mr. Moyes has also served on the board of directors of Puma Biotechnology, Inc. a public biopharmaceutical company with a focus on the development and commercialization of innovative products to enhance cancer care. Mr. Moyes has been a member of the board of directors of Biocardia, Inc., a public cardiovascular regenerative medicine company, since January 2011. Mr. Moyes served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sera Prognostics, Inc., a public commercial-stage biotechnology company focused on improving maternal and neonatal health through innovative biomarker approaches, from March 2020 to June 2023. Mr. Moyes previously served as a member of the board of directors of Achieve Life Sciences, Inc., a public specialty pharmaceutical company, from August 2017 to May 2023; Predictive Technology Group, Inc., a public molecular diagnostics and regenerative medicine company, from February 2019 to December 2019; Osiris Therapeutics, Inc., a public bio-surgery company, from May 2006 until December 2017; and Amedica Corporation (now SINTX Technologies, Inc.), a public orthopedic implant company, from November 2012 to August 2014. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Amedica from October 2013 to August 2014. From May 2008 through July 2009, Mr. Moyes served as Chief Financial Officer of XDx (now CareDx), Inc., a privately held molecular diagnostics company. Prior to that, Mr. Moyes served as Chief Financial Officer of Myriad Genetics, Inc., a public healthcare diagnostics company, from June 1996 until November 2007, and as its Vice President of Finance from July 1993 until July 2005. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Moyes served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Genmark, Inc., a privately held genetics company. Mr. Moyes held various positions with the accounting firm of KPMG LLP from 1979 through 1991, most recently as a Senior Manager. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Utah, a B.A. in economics from Weber State University, and is formerly a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Moyes also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Utah Life Science Association from 1999 through 2006. Robert D. Mitchell

Governance Committee Chairman

Mr. Mitchell was appointed to our board of directors in April 2025. Since March 1, 2018, he has served on the board of directors of Conavi Medical Corp., a public (TSX), commercial stage medical device company focused on designing, manufacturing, and marketing imaging technologies to guide common minimally invasive cardiovascular procedures and is currently their chairperson of the HR and Governance Committee. Since August 2021, Mr. Mitchell has served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for Life Seal Vascular Inc, a privately held medical device company pioneering solutions to revolutionize endovascular intervention. Mr. Mitchell is a general partner since January 2024 in NLP Ventures LLC. Since January 2022 he has also served as a General Partner in FF20 Ventures an early-stage venture capital fund. Since March 2018 he has served as Chairman and founder of RDM Enterprises, LLC. From December 2010 to 2018, Mr. Mitchell served as President of Endologix, Inc., a public company focused on the development, manufacture, and commercialization of innovative medical devices for the treatment of aortic disorders. Mr. Mitchell served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nellix, Inc. from February 2008 until its acquisition of by Endologix in December 2010. From November 2006 to February 2008, Mr. Mitchell served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of AngioDynamics, Inc., a publicly-held medical device company. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Mitchell served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Millimed Holdings, Inc., a privately-held medical device company based in Roskilde, Denmark. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Mitchell served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Align Technology, Inc., a publicly-held company. From 1987 to 2004, Mr. Mitchell held various positions with Cook Incorporated, a privately-held medical device company, including Vice President and Director, Global Sales and Marketing for various business units including diagnostic and interventional, endovascular, critical care. Mr. Mitchell holds a B.S. from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mark Anderson

Compensation Committee Chairman

Mr. Anderson was appointed to our board of directors in April 2025. Since May 2022, Mr. Anderson has served as a consultant in the medical device industry. From June 1991 to April 2022, Mr. Anderson served in various roles with Boston Scientific, a public medical device company, including Regional Manager, Area Vice President and Sales Director. Mr. Anderson is a seasoned executive with over 35 years in the medical device industry. His experience at Boston Scientific crossed four divisions Cardiology, Watchman, Endoscopy, and Corporate Contracts. Additionally, he managed the #1 customer for Boston Scientific (HCA Healthcare) for nearly 9 years. Mr. Anderson is recognized for building high-performing teams, expanding global markets, and scaling businesses with a strong commercial and clinical focus. Mr. Anderson holds a BBA, Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Chris Lyons

Board Member

Mr. Lyons has served on our board of directors since April 2025. Since January 2024, Mr. Lyons has served as principal consultant with BiotechExec, a provider of executive management services for medical device, biotech, diagnostics and digital health companies. Additionally, since January 2018, Mr. Lyons has served as the chief executive officer for Southern Metrics Consulting where he advises emerging medtech companies on commercialization and successful exits. Mr. Lyons worked for Medtronic Spine and Biologics, from February 2005 to January 2018 in various roles, including Director Global Business Development, Director of International Biologic Marketing and Senior Product Manager – International Biologics. Prior to joining Medtronic, Mr. Lyons worked for Smith & Nephew for 16 years in various roles including Clinical Therapies Sales Representative, Group Manager Orthopedic Navigation and Group Product Manager. Mr. Lyons holds a BBA, Marketing & Sales from Fogelman College of Business & Economics, University of Memphis.
